With purpose RPEQ designed glass kits available as either framed or polyurethane banded frameless options, our 40psi glass solutions are designed to ensure unmatched safety, durability and reliability.
Framed 40psi safety glass kits are designed by an RPEQ using ACAD as a repeatable, waterjet cut to suit specific customer requirements. Heavy duty mild grade steel is precision cut, welded and finished in a highly resistant Aztec silver powder coat. Our framed 40PSI safety glass kits are designed to mitigate the requirement for a glazer to retrofit the OEM cab windows. The frame can be bolted directly onto the dozer cab to existing pilot holes to ensure ROPS compliance.
Unframed kits are banded using an elastomeric pure Polyurea lining system designed for heavy duty industrial applications where high performance is essential to support the 40psi glass coated polycarbonate. Each part is precision laser etched in accordance with RPEQ (Registered Professional Engineer Queenlsand) designed ACAD drawing specifications. The sealed edge ensures the high-performance industrial lining is suitable for extreme atmospheric conditions, high physical tensile, tear, abrasion and impact-resistant properties. These kits are then fitted using Sikaflex™ Activator PRO and Sikaflex™255 ultra-adhesive.
